Richard has received many personal accolades during his career and his companies have also been consistently recognized as industry leaders. In 2012 he was named the Latino Trendsetter of the Year by Latin Trends Magazine. He was also recognized for many Business Leader Awards including Top Innovator in science by the NYC Crains Business.  Has been named a top business man and “go-to” in health, fitness and wellness industry. His company was WellnessFitnessNutrition and Iron Addicts Gym Miami was named Best Gym Franchise in Miami and fastest growing and most HRT/TRT Clinic in 2015. 

Richard was strongly influenced by his passion in bodybuilding and fitness. This led him to what would become his calling — coaching and conditioning. After graduating college, his career began at McKinsey as the Director of Client Services. He then became a leading consultant in the pharmaceutical space, which lead him to work with Pfizer, GlaxoSmithKline, Merck, AstraZeneca, Bristol-Myers Squibb, and Johnson & Johnson for both the U.S. Hispanic and Latin America initiatives. Drawing from that experience, Richard then went on and founded Iron Addicts Gym Miami, WellnessFitnessNutrition, Hormone Club, Keep it Sharp and now LGN "Look Good Naked and Richard Rodriguez Ventures. 

Richard’s goal with WellnessFitnessNutrition was to bring something truly unique to the health and fitness world. He realized his insight, services and products were not only desired but necessary, and he positioned WellnessFitnessNutrition to becoming quickly the leader in its industry in a short time.
